ABSTRACT

The optimal organization of teaching process is the expression of a linear relationship between the costs and the efficiency of learning. Any modification of this linear relationship causes overloading or underusing of learning potential. The overloading process could be expressed by the following ratios: a) between school teaching program and age; b) between school teaching program and the number of teaching classes; c) between the number of studying time and the physiological norms. The main consequences of school overloading process are non-adaptative behaviors, underusing of intellectual potential and dysfunctions at the level of' information processing: The present research  starts studying  the  aspects and  the  consequences of school overloadings in Romanian primary school.
